I have my 15 year old physical in a month. I want to start using tampons but I'm really nervous to and I don't know why. I want to ask my doctor her opinion on tampons, so that I'm not as nervous and can try them. Is this strange to ask my doctor about tampons? especially at my age? Also, how could I ask her?Women and girls opinion and advice?
The doctor hears about this stuff all the time. Im 13 and I started using tampons when I was 12. I totally understand how your feeling it was very nerv racking the first time but dont worry nothing can really go wrong. I actually think asking your doctor is a great idea. Also talking to your mom is great to. I hope this helps.....

when you get your physical, and you just had your period theyre gonna ask you if you got it and that would be a good time to ask and you could just say whats your opinion on tampons?
