HELP PLEASE I DONT WANNA FAIL WHEN I START HIGH SCHOOL NXT YEAR please help and thanx i know this is tough to answerIs this how a teenager should regularly sleep? women/girl advice is this my girl horomones or what?
You are not sleeping at night because you are sleeping in the afternoon. Since you are too old for an afternoon nap I would suggest that you do not sleep after school no matter how tired you are. Plan some things to do to keep busy. Get to bed at a reasonable time so you get all the sleep you need and you will feel better in the day. You really shouldnpt be tired all day because you get enough sleep if you count in your nap too. On the week ends stay up later and sleep in. You have just started a pattern that is not easy for school. You need to fix that right away.Is this how a teenager should regularly sleep? women/girl advice is this my girl horomones or what?
My sugestion is skip the nap for one day, and go to sleep around 10 ish, then you won't need the nap the next day, plus you will get about 9 and a half continous hours of sleep, which is important. Plus, napping during the day will slow down your metabilisim, bonus!

Good luck, sleepy head!
I'm not a doctor, but I really don't think you have a sleeping disorder. You just need a better sleeping schedule. Try getting more hours at night before school rather than after school. I have this same problem.

Pregnant women help, advice needed..xx?

me and my fiance are trying for a baby, i am 20 and have finshed college, he has a good job and we have our own house. we feel were ready to have our first baby but its stressing, nothing seems to be working, im off the pill nearly a year and only had 3 periods, my last march, i have just bought angus and cacatus to give it a go, but is there anything else we can try, it seems like ages and nothing working. any advice please and no smart answers thank you..xxPregnant women help, advice needed..xx?
you can do some initial fertility tests if you have been trying for at least a year. you can check to see if you are ovulating by doing the ovulation tests and checking your cervical mucus for signs of ovulation. you can try charting your temperature every morning and make a BBT chart( Basal Body Temperature you can google all of these on line). the doctor will test you and your partner's hormones and his sperms. if everything is ok they will ask you to keep trying. if you don't get results after a while you may wanna go to a fertility clinic and investigate the issue further. your doctor will check to see if you ovulate and if you are having intercourse at the right time. for him, a sperm sample can determine if his guys are healthy and able to fertilize the egg.

but try to relax and keep positive. stress can have a great effect on conception.

Good Luck!Pregnant women help, advice needed..xx?
Well, don't make it seem like a choir and have fun with it... stop trying so hard to get pregnant, and don't stress... When it happens it will happen.. It's no fun thinking its a choir and you don't have fun... Loosen up about it, and I know it's harder said then done, but I tired for 2 years, and the one month I stopped trying, I ended up pregnant..
Try taking prenatals...they prep your body for your optimal health. That will also prepare you to receive the sperm and therefore, conceive.

Also, don't stress...everyone told me that after we tried for 2 months. (I am not a very patient person). Then, I just forgot about it (I was upset and said I didn't care anymore, and didn't even try to conceive), and got pregnant within the next 2 months.
I didn't mean to get pregnant when I did it just kinda happened, I was actually on the pill.

I think you need to relax, tell yourself this will be the month it happens. If you still have no luck maybe you should enlist the help of a fertility doctor.

Good luck and best wishes!
Me and my fiance tried to get pregnant for about 9 months. Finally we gave up and I got pregnant. Now Im having twins. There is a website that sell cheap ovulation and pregnancy test. They work really good. Its called www.early-pregnancy-tests.com/ Hope this helps.
Have you heard of the product pre-seed? I fell pregnant first time using it after trying for baby number 2 for 7 months so I think it worked for me.
To give the sperm a better chance he should stay in when he comes and get it as deep as possible. Also give gravity a shot... *** up baby!!
you cant get soo stressed out about it.. it wont happen unless you are calm about it. if you are soo stressed out then maybe you arnt ready to have a baby..
before trying trying get on a folic acid, iron and prenatal a day. while trying see if that helps too GL

Is this my period? women's advice please!?

So about 3 weeks ago i got a tiny drop of blood. so the next day i wore a pad and barley anything. So ever since then iv'e been experiencing SERIOUS MOODiNESS! and iv'e been getting cramps for alost a month now. Then today i found a blood spot on my undies again. then i went to the bathroom and there was a little blood on the toilet paper. what is goign on? was THIS my period?? btw im 12Is this my period? women's advice please!?
I'd say it is definitely the beginnings of your period. You probably will not have a full-blown period the first time you get it - you might not even get it every month when you are first starting. But believe me, eventually you will settle out and get it consistently. If after six months you aren't getting it consistently, you might want to see your OBGYN and make sure everything is as it should be. Good luck and congratulations! Is this my period? women's advice please!?
Yup, sounds like the start of it. You can wear panty liners. They are like pads, but much thinner. This way, you can have protection without the bulkiness. If you have cramps, take some pain medication. The only thing you can really do is wait it out till your period comes.
I am 80% sure that it is.
yes it is.or it is called spotting and you get it before you get your period.it will get heavier soon so be prepared!

good luck!
You are probably correct - that your body may be undergoing the normal hormonal fluctuation that will initiate monthly cycles, anytime in the next few coming years. What you describe would be called _spotting_ - as far as typical menstruation goes, and is no readon for concern. You may choose to carry a Mini-pad and/or a small or medium size tampon with you (about 29 days after the first occurence) to be ready in case your next one is a bit heavier. You'll soon learn what is normal for you. Some women experience a teaspoon at a time, but others of us have very light flows all our lives right up to menopause. My flow was light (except when I had a fribroid many years later) and the period lasted only 3-4 days. Others say a week or moreis normal for them, so I felt lucky. As always with any season change, get good sleep, eat healthy, laugh alot, and take a daily multi-Vitamin. Sugary sodas (and too much caffiene) can worsen the emotional fluctuation and increase hormonal stress.

As long as you are not feeling discomfort when urinating (or being sexually abused by someone) this is a wonderful early reminder that you will soon have the power to create life - and must choose when or IF you ever want a child. just having menses doesn't make you an adult, however. So don't let anyone prevent you from enjoying a full and happy childhood. (Especially some men who appear doped-up around females of any age. ) Do have a chat with the positive women in your life about Tips for the monthy Moon Week. Being a woman is a gift - and what you are going thru is totally natural. Planned Parenthood offers excellent health education. Perhaps plan a vist for several friends, with one of Adults along. It's a great time to ask questions. Often the sessions are taught by terriffic Teen-agers.

You are at the perfect age!

Make great choices - and Enjoy every day.

so i was on bc and got pregnant, my husband and i were happy and about a week after i finally got a positive test i miscarried, no dnc was needed but i didn't get back on the pill as we want to have a baby in about 2 or 3 months. so my husband who doesn't want to have a baby for 2 or 3 months decided a couple of times that he wasn't going to use the pull out method properly (i didnt even know if that method works period but we thought we would try it....epic fail, ha ha). so my question is i read that your period should show up about normal time i usually have a normal 28 day period, so last thursday would have been 28 days and last wednesday i started cramping like i was going to start at any minute to get my period, (ive been wearing a pad since then) im cramping really bad and i have alot of discharge sorry for tmi. still no period, i called the doc and they said wait a week. i was kinda wondering if this has happened to any one else....maybe they got pregnant right after a miscarriage. its hard for me to stop thinking about it and obviously you are not docs but any stories relating would be awsome, either you did get pregnant or it came in like 6 weeks instead of 4. anyway thank you for your advice and storiesNeed advice women with same situations please?
ok well i think i can give a lil incite in mid August i had a mis. at only a few weeks preg no dnc needed and September 7th i missed my period and then found out i was preg. it is VERY VERY easy to get preg right after a mis. VERY EASY i am now 39 weeks with my lil girl and everything has been good and this may have happened to you also i had had a mis. b4 that one where i did not have my period for 2 months after but was not pregnant theirs a lot of things that can very so your best bet is to wait a lil bit and go to the hospital to get a blood test to be Very sure cuz your body can hold small amounts of HCG that may pop up on a urine test but a blood test would be more accurate you dont want to get a positive and then feel like crap again thinking you may have lost it best bet it the blood test.Need advice women with same situations please?
I got pregnant after my first cycle following a miscarriage, and my period was on time.

I've heard about people not even getting one period so I know it is certainly possible.

The good news is your Hcg levels will be back at 0 by now so it would be safe for you to have a pregnancy test.

    Good luck.
it is said that you are very fertile after a mc, but u want to be carefully because ur uterus havent healed yet. i would say take it easy and dont stress, put urself on light duty..i know, this is the hardest part, playing the wating game. take care and baby dust to u...
I had a miscarriage and then a dnc. I was pregnant within 6 weeks of the dnc. I did not have a period between miscarriage and my second pregnancy. Good Luck
Hmm.. If I were you I wouldn't get to anxious! You might still have those pregnancy hormones and that could be delaying your period also your mind could be tricking you. It will work out how its suppose to! Best of luck!
    hey hun.

three months ago, after trying, i got pregnant, but the baby didnt develop properly, and we had to have an abortion. well, it's been a month and a half since then, and i found out i was 5 weeks pregnant again. i was on the pill at the time, and still got pregnant, a week or so after the abortion. well, i miscarried on friday. so i guess i can relate to you, in the way that i got pregnant so soon after an abortion. even though it was a shock to find out the second time that is was pregnant, (because we clearly were going to wait a little longer than a month before trying again) i was happy. but we lost that baby too. it's hard. i hope you do okay, goodluck.

    xx
It can happen!! They say to wait 2-3 months for your uterine lining to build up but that doesn't mean if you got pregnant before then you would miscarry.

I had a miscarriage at 7 weeks in September and got pregnant in January so it wasn't right away like you but it is very very possible. Just relax as much as you can and in a couple of days take a test. If it's positive just kind of take it easy, you will be paranoid for awhile due to what happened to you but just know if it's bound to happen there is nothing you can do. If it turns out you're not it's probably just your hormones being a little wacky. I wish I could remember how long it was before I had a normal period but that was a couple of years ago so I don't really remember.
I have had one tubal pregnancy and many miscarriages before I finally became pregnant with my daughter. I do know the one reason I had so many miscarriages was because when I went off the pill my periods didn't come every 28 days. I usually miscarried before I even knew I was pregnant because of that fact. Sometimes they would be four weeks apart and other times six weeks or so. So your hormones are probably a little confused right now. It is good to wait a few months after a miscarriage to let your lining of your uterus get back to normal. But if the doctor said you didn't need a dc then you are probably ok. There are condoms still out there for use if your husband wants to wait 2-3 months. I guess you could suggest that to him and really make it his decision.....lol. Good Luck Honey.

    Need advice women.?

Went out with this girl who has kids. Date went good and we talked afterwards about maybe another date. However, a few days later she told she did not think it would work since I dont have kids. We have been talking still though. We talking about peeps last night on yahoo emailing us and she tells me that my picture is kinda blurry but says I am a good looking guy and that the picture is ok because she still asked me out after she saw the picture. She also said I am the only guy that has not brought up sex with her and she said good job. After that comment I said I guess I get brownie points and she said well best friends forever brownie points. Have I been doomed to the dreaded friend list or what else could it mean. Do you think she maybe into me enough to build a relationship. I know the best relationships start as friends but I do want it to be open to go to more than friends.Need advice women.?
If she doesnt want to be with you because you don't have kids and you've been nothing but nice to her and her kids than just let it go. You sound like a nice guy and I guess she doesn't want a nice guy. Good luck.Need advice women.?

Why don't women ever ask MEN for dating advice?

Often when men can't get a date they ask women for advice. But when women can't get a date they don't usually ask men for advice. Instead, they just complain or ask other women.

I'm not saying this is ALWAYS the case. But this is what I see.Why don't women ever ask MEN for dating advice?
Why the hell would they do that? They can't get the men to talk to them in the first place - that's the problem. Why don't women ever ask MEN for dating advice?
Women as men for advice all the time. Haven't you seen all the questions on here from women addressed to guys only? Women also ask their brothers, fathers, cousins, and other male relatives. If they have male friends, they might ask their friends. Or they might ask the boyfriends/husbands of their female friends.
probably because women think men always want one thing (and that IS the case). what advice would you honestly give a woman? dress in skimpier outfits, laugh at his stupid jokes and be willing to put out after the first date? oh, and let's not forget, LOVE the fact that he looks at and fantasizes about screwing other women.
if i had a problem i would ask my male friends..in fact i do ask when it has to do with something regarding men..i have even ask my bf questions concerning men before..why they do this and that and he does the same thing to me..we pick each other brains on the subject in hopes on understanding
some times women feel more comfortable to confide in other women but at the same time i feel it is important to get a males point of view on such matters because it gives u a perspective and insight on from the other gender on issues at hand
Actually, this is a very good question! Women usually ask their girlfriends about this, but I wonder how many women ask men about this. Good job!
Because men are the ones who usually make the first move and they have the harder job. Women are more laid back and don't need advice.
Because they are not interested in the truth nor simplicity.

They already know they need to loose weight and improve their appearance to attract more dates.
If we are talking to you, we want to do you. Why would we give you advice on dating someone other than us? Its that simple.
    Women fear rejection themselves...

Some do not want to change to get a guy

    You would be surprised lol
sometimes you cant ask a man because all he will try to do is hump you if he finds out you are single and lonely.
Sometimes I ask my guy friends.
because us women dont like to hear the truth...about what men really think.
