Im 17 and I need a girlfriend. I do not know how to get a relationship going so I nee help. Where do i go, how to talk to a girl without sounding weird. Please help. I think im a decent looking guy and have a pic to prove it.

There are plenty of places to talk to girls: school, the mall, the beach, the library(if you're into that) and quite a few other places.
In my opinion, girls are less likely to approach you. They're going to be extremely shy because you are attractive. Walking up to a girl you find attractive and introducing yourself would probably be the best way. Something like ';Hey, I thought you were -insert adjective here-. I'm -insert name here.'; But not exactly like that, of course. Change what you'd like. And if there is chemistry, a conversation should flow effortlessly. Exchange numbers and eventually something will happen.

Then, you talk to her whenever you see her. Just don't follow her around and annoy her. If you have a class with her or something, that would be the best place to talk to her.

There is a point where flirting can go over the edge, however.
Basically when your flirting:
- Be around her alot.
- DO NOT tell her she is hot. Its an extreme turnoff.
- Hint to her that you're single.
- Tell her what you're into, but ONLY if she asks, or if it comes up in a conversation. Don't talk aimlessly about yourself.
- Hint to her that you want to see her again. You can do this by offering to let her borrow a CD, etc..

It's best to be with a girl who doesn't go to your school. You'll have more space, plus, it usually works out better than in school relationships. You can meet new girls anywhere. Though you can meet great girls through internet, it's best not to do that because they'll think you met by faith, when really you met because you talk to other random girls that way. So it's better if you dont meet them online. Get out the house and meet girls in the mall, or other random places. Just talk to them. Get their numbers, let them know you're interested without disrespecting them in any way. When you talk to them, dont use LINES. Say sweet, but true things to win them over.

okay so i believe that you look fine and it is hard to say why the girls don't like you. so just go and talk to a girl that you find attractive and talk to her. the best thing to do is to build a friendship. at least a few days to decide if you really like this person or not. then if you decide that you like her then ask her if she wants to go out with you. where do you live, because i have lived in a lot of places and i might be able to recommend someone. but anyways... good luck and make shure that you are happy above everything :)
So many other ladies have said it so well, so I am almost wondering why I am adding my two cents. For one thing you don't ';need'; a girlfriend. However, I can understand you wanting one. Maybe there is a girl you already like? Going out with friends is a good way. Just don't go try picking up girls in all the wrong places. You want a woman who is also a lady. Like the others have said, you are cute! Just be yourself, relax. A big turnoff is a guy trying to pretend to be something he is not. There are enough phonies out there. Be genuine. Okay, well it sounds like u just have low self esteem. You sound really sweet and the number one thing to have when you talk to a girl is CONFIDENCE. Well if u don't know a girl its always good to get to know them and u know hang out together go to the movies and stuff like that. U might wan't to go to each other houses and then once u guys get very close u start letting each other know how u feel about each other u know? Well i usually like a guy who starts off as a friend or gets introduced by a friend, when a guy makes me laugh then im hooked, but he also needs to me sweet and caring (but not too caring and sweet b/c then it gets annoying). Look at school so you would be able to see them often and have something to talk about, just be yourself. Don't try and be someone our not and for goodness sake...BE HONEST!!!
