iit could mean she is about to have her period. at the beginning, sometimes blood will be browner in color because the body is just shedding dead blood cells first.
bit of a leftover period, small (and likely unimportant) bleeding from sex (could be she wasnt lubricated enough) or she also wiped her bumhole.
