ok so what does it mean when a girl says ,';sorry i havent gotten a chance to call you yet BUT if you wanna call me sometime i have way more time on my hands.';....lol well why doesnt she call me then?? if she hasnt gotten a chance to call because she was busy then why should i call her if she has more time now lol.....shouldnt she call me lol?? i know this is confusing lol but i juss wanna make sure if you do think she wants to hangout or if shes making excuses not to?Guy here needs some women advice!!?

this is actually just proving that yea she wants to hangout but shes not sure what your intentions are. like is she just gonna be a hook up or is there going to be a serious relationship. she wants to know your interested in her and thats why she said ';if you call me sometime i have way more time on my hands.';. just call her.
dude. she's exploring her options, but if you do call then you'll get a chance to probably see her more often too, and should invite her somewhere, ask her what she usually likes to do on her days off, and then ask if she'd like some company. she sounds like she's trying to give you a cue to call her more often.
She probably wants to talk to you but she is most likely shy... So she came with the excuse that she was busy and since she wants you to talk to her she said she has time for you to call her... If you like the girl you should call her... After you break the ice age will call you :D
You're never gonna find out if she really likes you untill you give her a call. Call her and see how it goes, if she likes you too than she will talk to you for a while. If she makes excuses and cuts the call short than face it. She's just not that into you man!
Sorry, but she's just making an excuse. If she really had time, she wouldve called you already. Plus, no one is that busy to not give a call.
