Im 18 and need women advice?

hello my name is jo and i just w ant to know something,me and my girl had unprotected sex June 5 and she told me that she ovulates June 10 but now she telling me that she thinks she is pregnant,how can that be if she told me that she ovulates the 10th of june and we had sex June 5..can it be possibile.did my sperm live that long..i am confused...ladies help me out here.thanks in advanceIm 18 and need women advice?
all i could say is buy her a pregnancy test to see if its true that you see a faint positive but then again you never know our women body works mysteriously,,but she couldnt know that she ovulated yet..thats good that your parent s raised you well ,there should be more male like yourself ..god bless good luckIm 18 and need women advice?
First of all, how does she know exactly when she ovulates? Many women guess that they ovulate on day 14, which is not accurate. Most women ovulate between cd 12 - 16, and sometimes it can even vary month by month.


So, she might have ovulated a few days early, and not been aware of it.





Sperm can live for 5 - 7 days, so yes, even if she ovulated when she thought she did, she could still be pregnant.





Has she taken a test? By now, the test could be accurate (thought it'll be more accurate in a few days). You can get pregnancy tests at the Dollar Tree for just $1...you might want to pick up a few for her.


Also, 10 days past ovulation, she really wouldn't be having any pregnancy symptoms that soon. Many times if you are tryng to get pregnant or worried about an unplanned pregnancy, you will mistake normal PMS symptoms for pregnancy symptoms as they are very very similar...

she honestly has no clue when she ovulates - there's no way for a woman to know. the *average* woman ovulates some time between days 10 and 14 after her period but it could be as early as 8 days or as late as a couple days before her next period is due.





and yes: sperm can live up to 5 days given a good environment (some women have natural lubrciants that are somewhat hostile to sperm cells and they don't live so long).
Well sperm can live up to 4-6 days in a woman uterus.But its not a 100% sure.Tha best thing for ya to do is go to tha doc n make n ultra sound that will let u know right than if she pregnant or not.N just cuz she is ovulates that time done mean she pregnant.I been through this before n u neva can be sure.Nature do what it wants u know.So if u want to be sure make an appointment n ya see what comes out.N next time use protection ok.Take care.
Nobody knows there exact ovulation day unless they are testing for it or taking there basal temp every morning to chart it. If she thinks its the 10th, it could be a couple days before or after. Also... Sperm can live for days in there... fertilization can occur 5 days after you have sex. It is very possible that she could be pregnant.
Yes, sperm can live inside for about a week. It's possible she could be pregnant. If her period is late she should get a pregnancy test from the drugstore. If she isn't due to start her period yet she needs to wait in order to get an accurate reading. Good luck, and next time wear a condom. That is unless you want to be a teenage dad...
When you have unprotected sex there is always a chance of become pregnant. Don't stress yourself over ovulation dates... she may have it wrong. The best thing to do is get a pregnancy test done.

Is she trying for a baby? Yes it is still possible that she can be pregnant. Wait until she takes the pregnancy test to find out for sure. Next time use a condom or don't have sex at all, unless you are trying to have a baby.
if you have had unprotected sex there is a possibility she could be pregnant. Some people catch right away, some take months so id get her to take a test when her period is due. Its the only way you will know for sure...despite the odds.
even if it were to happen(more than likey not) there is no way she can tell yet.. it is way too soon. keep in mind that some pregnancy symtoms are pms symtoms. if she is still insisting that she feels pregnant have her take a pregnancy test next week.

Sperm do live a long time...days. And I doubt if she knew her exact ovulation date so it can be very likely that she is pregnant. If you doubt her then ask her to take an at home pregnancy test with you there.
