Women advice needed and quickly?

so my ex came home from her semester in rome 10 days ago and it took her 5 days before she drunkinly said hi to me and that was it via text message... while she was away she sent me messages like i love u, i miss u, do u think we will hook up when i get home, etc... and now nothing.... i understand it is my own fault but i kinda waited around for her to come home since when i surprised her in rome (yes i showed up with a golden rose telling her that i loved her with all my heart) and she said after 3 years she realized she is not ready to settle down which i took as i want to be single in rome.... but now idk i guess i feel she is being shady towards me..... what should i do.... i have yet to contact her i am waiting for her to contact me but it is not going to well.... should i ask her out and see what happens?? please help!!! thanks in advanceWomen advice needed and quickly?
